With 20 years of previous experience in mortgage lending and four years in the appraisal industry, Andrea brings a broad understanding of residential real estate to ARK Appraisals.
After entering the appraisal profession and learning under an experienced mentor, she developed a passion for understanding the individual characteristics that make each property and market unique.
That experience eventually inspired her to build an independent appraisal business centered around three principles:

Today, Andrea personally handles each appraisal assignment and is committed to providing clients with careful research, direct communication, and information they can rely on.
